2022 Santa Maria I Projects
- Fire Alarm System - As per the Fire Marshall, a replacement/upgrade of our system is required and is currently being designed and will be costed out before approval and installation scheduled (ONGOING)
- Roof Repair - The flat roof seal coat system was scheduled for last year but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Work is now rescheduled to start sometime this winter (COMPLETED)
- Building Internet - The building WiFi system will be discontinued, and will join with building #2 in the contract for installation of the new Centurylink high speed Fiberoptic WiFi system beginning in the 2nd Qtr of 2021(COMPLETED)
- Building Repainting - The reserve budget schedule for building repainting is approaching, and will be coordinated the repainting of building #2(ONGOING)
- Roof Railing and Stucco/concrete repair - The replacement of the railing to the roof access and patching of portions of the stucco and concrete on the building (COMPLETED)
