Storage Units
Each floor has additional storage on an “as available” basis for $80 per quarter. Contents stored may include general household items, but excludes perishables, trash, hazardous chemicals and anything flammable. There is a lease agreement will need to be sign-off on.To check availability or be placed on a waiting list Contact Us.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Board has established the criteria for which you must submit an application. You must submit an application in any of the following situations:
- If you are making an alteration that will result in a structural change to a wall.
- If you are changing existing plumbing.
- If you are making a change that is visible from the outside. As an example, if you are replacing an exterior door or if you are changing drapes and/or blinds, which the Condo Documents say must be white on the exterior.
- If you are making a change which is in violation of existing by-laws. If you are not sure, you should submit an ARC form for approval.
